Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Visa Counsellor located in Dhaka. The Student Visa Counsellor will be responsible for providing student counseling and career counseling, handling communication with students and parents, delivering exceptional customer service, and offering education-related guidance. The role involves direct interaction with students to help them navigate the admission and visa processing for study abroad programs.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of the Education sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications
  • Experience in visa processing or educational consultancy is a plus
