Mobile Application Developer - Flutter (Senior/ Mid-level)

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (Onsite)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

As part of our mission to build impactful digital experiences, we are expanding our mobile team and looking for a Mobile Application Developer (Flutter) to join us.

Responsibilities:

● Lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and reliable mobile applications using Flutter.

● Collaborate with backend, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless app experiences.

● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

● Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to maintain quality standards.

● Work with APIs, databases, and real-time data synchronization.

● Optimize apps for performance, speed, and security across Android and iOS.

● Contribute to app architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

Requirements:

● 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

● Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart with a proven track record of building and deploying apps.

● Hands-on experience with native development using Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).

● Solid understanding of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux).

● Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.

● Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

● Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and a product-focused mindset.

● Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

● Experience with Firebase, Google Maps API, and real-time communication.

● Knowledge of app performance monitoring & crash analytics tools.

● Familiarity with MySQL/Redis/SQLite integrations.

● Previous experience in ride-sharing, logistics, or SaaS-based applications.
