Mobile Application Developer

We're looking for someone with deep expertise in
React Native
, iOS, and Android development, who can drive engineering excellence and innovation. The role is on-site, with the potential for hybrid flexibility in the future at our beautiful Gulshan office.

Key Responsibilities:

Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performing, scalable mobile applications using React Native, while playing a key role in planning, leading, and delivering solutions that provide exceptional user experiences on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to define, design, and deliver seamless user experiences and ship new features.
• Participate in the full mobile development lifecycle - from planning through deployment.
• Lead by example through writing clean, well-documented, testable code and making thoughtful architecture decisions that reflect development best practices and high code quality.
• Integrate with backend APIs and third-party services.

Collaboration:

• Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Optimization:

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
• Maintain deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay current with emerging mobile development trends, especially in the React Native ecosystem.

Innovation:

• Help shape application architecture and make key technical decisions
• Contribute to improving development processes and internal best practices

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, with 3+ years using React Native
• A strong product mindset grounded in a solid understanding of mobile UX/UI principles and user behavior, ensuring intuitive and engaging mobile application experiences.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries and cloud based mobile backends
• Strong understanding of state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Context API
• Proficiency in mobile security best practices, ensuring secure and reliable application development and deployment.
• Familiarity with native iOS or Android development (Swift, Kotlin, or Java)
• Experience with mobile app deployment processes (App Store and Google Play)
• Proficient in version control systems such as Git
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks like Jest or Detox
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement by actively embracing new technologies and techniques that reduce build costs and enhance client outcomes.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for pixel-perfect execution.

Bonus Points

• Experience with RTK Query, GraphQL, or React Navigation.
• Exposure to secure app development or backend technologies.
• DevOps, especially AWS with infrastructure as code templates.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance optimization techniques.
• Prior mentorship or leadership experience.
