We are seeking a 
Cross-Platform Developer

with expertise in 
Flutter, Kotlin, and Swift

to design and build high-performance, secure mobile applications for both 
Android and iOS platforms

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing cross-platform solutions, optimizing app performance, and leading mobile teams. If you excel in creating seamless user experiences across platforms and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop 
    cross-platform applications using Flutter (Dart)
     and 
    native modules (Kotlin/Swift)
     for Android and iOS.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable apps using 
    Bloc, Riverpod, MVVM, or Clean Architecture
    .
  • Build platform-specific features when required, ensuring consistent functionality and UX across devices.
  • Implement 
    CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Fastlane, Firebase, App Store/Play Store deployment)
     for automated builds and distribution.
  • Enhance app security using 
    MOBSF framework, encryption, and pen-testing
     for both platforms.
  • Optimize app performance, including 
    memory management, rendering efficiency, and battery usage
    .
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate 
    REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time features
     (push notifications, chat).
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish 
    cross-platform coding standards
    .
  • Work closely with product and design teams in 
    Agile/Scrum
     environments to deliver high-quality apps on schedule.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-specific issues (e.g., iOS memory leaks, Android background restrictions).

: Laptop (16GB RAM minimum), high-speed internet (50Mbps+)

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years in 
    Android (Kotlin/Java)
     and 
    iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
     development.
  • 3+ years in 
    Flutter (Dart)
     for cross-platform apps.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Cross-Platform:
     Flutter, Dart, Bloc, Riverpod, platform channels
  • Android:
     Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Room DB
  • iOS:
     Swift, SwiftUI, Core Data, Combine
  • Tools:
     Firebase, MOBSF, Git, Jira, CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
  • Security:
     Encryption, OAuth, app hardening
  • Testing:
     Unit/Widget tests, XCTest, Espresso
  • Architecture:
     MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular design
  • Soft Skills:
     Leadership, problem-solving, Agile/Scrum proficiency

Required Experience with AI Development Tools:

Demonstrate regular, proficient use of AI coding assistants (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) as an integral part of your software development workflow. Qualified candidates should:

  • Have actively incorporated AI tools into 
    50% or more
     of their SDLC tasks for a
    minimum of 6 months
  • Show examples of using AI for:
  • Code generation/autocompletion
  • Debugging assistance
  • Documentation automation
  • Test case generation
  • Understand how to properly:
  • Engineer effective prompts
  • Validate AI-generated code
  • Maintain security and best practices
