We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer with a strong background in fine arts to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Application / Website Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for translating concepts into visually engaging and user-centric designs for mobile applications and websites. Your artistic flair and ability to blend aesthetic sensibilities with user experience principles will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital products' visual appeal and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and design goals.
• Create captivating and innovative graphic designs, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements tailored for mobile applications and websites.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide that aligns with the brand identity and user preferences.
• Use your fine arts expertise to infuse creativity, balance, and artistic depth into design concepts, ensuring a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics.
• Apply your keen understanding of color theory, typography, and composition to create visually appealing and emotionally resonant user interfaces.
• Transform wireframes and conceptual ideas into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that illustrate the intended user journey and interactions.
• Conduct thorough research to stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and integrate these insights into your work.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and optimal implementation while maintaining design integrity.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders, focusing on continuous improvement and user-centered design principles.
• Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and workshops to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing your fine arts background and mobile application/website design expertise is essential.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or equivalent software.
• Demonstrated experience in designing for mobile applications and responsive web interfaces, with an understanding of design considerations across different devices and platforms.
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices, coupled with a flair for integrating artistic elements seamlessly.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs that uphold the brand's visual identity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project priorities.

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and interactive design.
