We,
IRINFOSYS LIMITED,

are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer

to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications through rigorous testing processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to maintain a high standard of software quality across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
  • Review requirement specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.
  • Ensure proper implementation of QA processes throughout the SDLC.
  • Prepare detailed and comprehensive test reports, including quality metrics and recommendations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA workflows, tools, and methodologies.
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies as part of the product development cycle.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress or Playwright, Postman, JMeter).
  • Good knowledge of API testing and automation.
  • Familiarity with mobile app testing (iOS & Android).
  • Understanding of version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries for data validation.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Shell) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions is an advantage.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 to 4 years

of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance (manual and automation testing).

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • Salary:

35K – 45K (Based on experience and skillset)
- Office hours:

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
