IT Engineer

The IT team in Dhaka oversees maintaining the IT environment and related infrastructure. Currently we are on are seeking potential and talented candidates for the mentioned position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Configure and install Operating systems and necessary application software
• Troubleshooting of hardware/software – PC, Mac, Printers and IT equipment
• Work independently to troubleshoot support requests and follow escalation policies
• Monitoring computer systems and networks
• Work with ISP to make sure of 24 X 7 fully functioning network
• Responsible for maintaining inventory of hardware and software
• Provide documentation and implementation of assigned jobs
• Supporting the IT procurement process
• VMware knowledge will be required
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues around the clock in case of urgency

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Eligibility

• A bachelor's degree in CSE/CSC in computer science
• Fluency in written and spoken English and effective communication skill
• Demonstrated ability to work independently; must be self-motivated and eager to learn
• Maintain professional and team-oriented relationships
• Establish and maintain a positive professional relationship with users

Work Experience

• 3-5 years of technical support experience in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of Windows 11, MAC OS, Linux is required
• Should know about LAN, WAN and IP networking infrastructure
• Should have knowledge of VMware virtualization and cloud infrastructure
