Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced .NET Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and practical experience in developing web-based business applications. You will play a key role in building scalable and high-performance software systems that empower our clients.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality applications using ASP.NET and C#

Design and implement scalable, testable, and reusable code

Work with front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap

Use AJAX for asynchronous interactions in web applications

Develop stored procedures, triggers, and functions using MS SQL Server

Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or higher for development and debugging

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies

(Bonus) Contribute to Android application development if required

Educational & Experience Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from a reputed university

0 to 2 years of experience in a software company

Freshers (non-students) may apply for the Trainee Programmer position

Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Must be punctual, honest, well-mannered, and disciplined

Job Nature & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (2 Saturdays off per month)

Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Monthly Salary: BDT 18,000 – 30,000 (based on experience)

Annual Salary Review

Festival Bonus: 2 times/year

Performance Bonus

Lunch Facilities: 50% subsidized
