Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Marketer to be a key driver of our business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of diverse business processes and have a natural talent for communication and networking. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, educating them on the benefits of software/ERP implementation, and demonstrating how our solution can transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly and effectively explain what an ERP system is and its core benefits to potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Analyze the business processes of prospective clients to demonstrate how our ERP solution can be used to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts, leads, and potential partners.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of different industries.
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking functions to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client acquisition.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills:
    Must be a superb verbal communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.
  • Strong Business Acumen:
    A solid understanding of fundamental business processes involved in various industries, including Ready-Made Garments (RMG), General Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail, Trading, and Distribution, Education, and other related sectors.
  • Exceptional Networking Skills:
    Proven ability to build, maintain, and leverage professional relationships to create business opportunities.
  • Self-Motivated & Proactive:
    A goal-oriented individual who can work independently and take initiative to achieve targets.
  • A passion for technology and its application in solving real-world business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a marketing, sales, or business development role within the B2B software or IT industry.
  • Direct experience working with or marketing ERP systems is a significant advantage.
  • An existing, established network of contacts within our target industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
