Key Responsibilities:


1. Brand & Strategy

  • Develop and manage brand voice and positioning across channels.
  • Keep the website and content aligned with buyer personas and service offerings.


2. Content Creation & SEO

  • Write SEO-optimized blog posts (2–4 per month).
  • Plan and publish engaging LinkedIn content (3–4 posts per week).
  • Create case studies and marketing collateral (PDFs, decks, etc.).
  • Manage and update landing pages for different use cases.


3. Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories tailored to each platform.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community interactions.
  • Monitor social media analytics to track growth, engagement, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for visual assets and creative campaigns.
  • Run paid social ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) and optimize performance.


4. Cold Outreach & Email Marketing

  • Build target lead lists using tools like or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Launch and monitor cold email campaigns (using Instantly or Lemlist).
  • Manage email sequences and follow-ups for lead nurturing.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Zoho).


5. Paid Campaigns

  • Run and optimize Google Search and LinkedIn Ads.
  • A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and creatives.
  • Monitor CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics weekly.


6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use GA4, Hotjar, and CRM dashboards to track traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Create biweekly or monthly marketing performance reports with insights and action plans.


7. Reputation & Outreach

  • Submit Vista SysTech to directories like Clutch, GoodFirms.
  • Collect and publish testimonials from existing clients.
  • Identify PR, podcast, and guest blogging opportunities.
  • Assist in managing referral programs and event listings.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in B2B marketing in tech/IT companies
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads
  • Familiar with HubSpot, , Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, cold email tools and etc.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Australian or international SaaS/IT markets.
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting directly to the founder.
