Role Description
This is a full-time on-site internship role for an Executive Assistant Intern to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Dhaka. The responsibilities include managing executive administrative tasks, preparing detailed expense reports, and providing comprehensive executive support. The role requires handling daily communication, scheduling and calendar management, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. You will work closely with the CEO and assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, coordination, and calendar management
- Experience with generating and managing Expense Reports for executive-level reviews
- Strong skills in Executive Support and general Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other organizational tools
- Interest in the education sector would be an advantage
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
