Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The CEO will oversee the company's overall operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure financial sustainability while spearheading business growth. The role includes setting long-term goals, monitoring performance, building key industry partnerships, and providing leadership to foster innovation and scalability across all departments. The CEO will act as the face of Autofy Solutions while maintaining alignment with the organization's vision and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Finance and Operations Management to ensure sound financial oversight and operational efficiency.
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and execute long-term growth strategies.
  • Proven experience in Sales to drive revenue generation and establish new growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making capabilities to guide cross-functional teams and achieve company goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in the technology, SaaS, or IT consulting sector is highly advantageous.
