Communications Specialist – Content and Campaign
The Role
The
Communications Specialist – Content and Campaign
will be responsible for producing audio visual, print and digital contents and implementing strategies to enhance Plan International Asia Pacific's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging through content across all communication channels. The incumbent will maintain coordination with National Offices and COs for the strategic positioning and marketing of Plan International APAC including humanitarian crisis and emergency situations. The Communications Specialist- Content and Campaign will work under the supervision of the Communications Manager. The position holder will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining a comprehensive content and branding strategy development throughout the year for Plan International APAC.

What We're Looking For

• Master's in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Film Studies, or related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in development or humanitarian communications, including at least three (3) years in communication, advocacy, and content development roles.
• Experience in coordinating with regional offices, National Offices, and Headquarters, ensuring alignment and coherent communication strategies across geographies.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage campaigns and content that integrate APAC-wide narratives while accommodating local contextualisation.
• Expertise in humanitarian, climate, and development communications, including emergency response.
• Strong knowledge of branding, positioning, storytelling, and audience-centric content design.
• Experience creating donor visibility, fundraising, and advocacy content across platforms.
