Job Overview

Taskco Digital is seeking a
Senior UI/UX Designer / Product Designer
to craft modern, intuitive, and visually stunning digital experiences for our next-generation SaaS and Standalone products, including CRMs, HRMs, ERPs, POS, and AI-powered solutions. We're looking for a creative and strategic designer who can lead the end-to-end design process, blending user empathy with pixel-perfect execution to delight users and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI delivery.
  • Create intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces and seamless user journeys for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform and enhance design decisions.
  • Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across multiple products.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to continuously iterate and improve user experiences.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible (WCAG-compliant), and optimized for cross-browser compatibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience
    : 4+ years as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs, preferably for SaaS products.
  • Tools Expertise
    : Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
  • Design Knowledge
    : Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
  • Collaboration Skills
    : Proven ability to work closely with developers and product managers, ensuring smooth design-to-development handoffs.
  • Technical Awareness
    : Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts to bridge design and development.
  • Bonus Points For

  • Experience designing dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven product design trends.
  • Knowledge of design systems and atomic design principles.
  • Communication
    : Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills to articulate design decisions.

Educational Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
