Role & responsibilities

1.Business Development & Sales:

  • Achieve aggressive sales targets for the company's raw material portfolio, primarily serving steel mills, foundries, and related manufacturing units in Bangladesh.
  • Identify, penetrate, and develop new customer accounts within the Chittagong, Dhaka, and surrounding industrial zones.

2.Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Gather real-time market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and new infrastructure projects in the local steel and construction sector.
  • Translate market data into actionable sales and purchasing strategies.

3.Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all major clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and logistics schedules.

4.Reporting & Forecasting:

Provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts, demand projections, and inventory

requirement reports
