Sales Executive (Tele Sales)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Explain the products and services to the customers.
  • Tracking, Recording, and reporting sales on a daily basis.
  • Do regular follow-up with the contacts and leads Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Setting monthly sales targets.
  • Implementing sales strategies.
  • Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
