Job Summary

The Executive – Sales & Marketing is responsible for promoting the resort's rooms, facilities, and services to maximize occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility. The role involves corporate and leisure sales, digital marketing support, client relationship management, and coordination with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Promote resort rooms, banquets, events, and recreational facilities.
  • Generate new business through corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and walk-in guests.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and rate negotiations.
  • Conduct site inspections for potential clients and partners.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, online promotions.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and packages.
  • Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional events.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Collect guest feedback and support reputation management.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and Operations teams.
  • Maintain sales records, client databases, and daily activity reports.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in hospitality or resort industry.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Knowledge of hotel/resort sales channels, and corporate sales is an advantage.

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
