Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Merchandising)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Manage and Monitor the merchandising activities from Order Receiving to Final Shipment.
  • Coordinate with buyers, factories, and suppliers to ensure on time execution of the orders.
  • Prepare costing, price quotations, and negotiate with buyers.
  • Monitor production, quality issues, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow up order status.
  • Ensure smooth communication between production and buyers.
  • Regular update/ reporting to the Management.
  • Order wise P&L Calculation.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Graduation from any discipline (Leather & Leather Products Engineering & Technology will get preference).
  • Relevant training or certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
  • Experience: 3 – 4 Years of Experience in Leather Goods Industry
