Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, developing engaging content, optimizing social media profiles, and analyzing performance metrics. Daily tasks include coordinating with the marketing team, creating content calendars, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.

Qualifications

Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals

Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms

Analyze current marketing efforts to pinpoint weaknesses and make improvements

Collaborate with other marketing experts to develop cross-channel assets

Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement

Leverage social media trends to gain traction and amplify following

Ensure all assets are on brand and in line with company values and goals

Set, monitor and react to information gleaned from key performance indicators (KPIs)

Manage social media advertising budgets

Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices

Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening and analytics
