Novinno Digital is a leading digital marketing agency in Bangladesh helping startups, entrepreneurs and small businesses grow with brand management, web development, ad campaigns, video production, AI marketing and PR solutions.

About the Role

Novinno Digital is looking for a creative designer to support our branding and content creation efforts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing  social media posts  (static, carousel, ad creatives)
  • Creating  short motion graphics / animations  for marketing content
  • Understanding  brand aesthetics and content trends

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in  Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / After Effects / Canva / CapCut and other necessary software, tools and plugins.
  • Familiarity with  Local and US  Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube content formats
  • Ability to  deliver as per the instruction and meet deadlines
