Job Description / Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Extensive factory visit, data analysis and report to head of Business Development.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage client's feedback.
  • Building strong network and keeping healthy relation with clients.
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials, digital content, and corporate communications.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights studies.
  • Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and client engagement activities.
  • Contribute to data collection and reporting for marketing performance analysis.
  • Leveraging skills to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage after-sales service support

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Additional Requirements

  • Market data analysis and cross selling skills.
  • Have good presentation and communication skill in both English and Bangla.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) but has moderate skills on social media and AI tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
