Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking
Market Researcher
 to support the growth of our staffing and replacement services in Dhaka. This role will focus on analyzing market competition, identifying business opportunities, and assessing long-term scalability in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, data collection, and market analysis, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 
    comprehensive market research
     to evaluate competition, industry trends, and client demands within the staffing and workforce replacement sector.
  • Analyze 
    opportunities for growth
     by identifying new client segments, industries, and market entry points for staffing services.
  • Collect and 
    validate labor market
    data on hiring practices, workforce needs, and employment conditions in Dhaka and beyond.
  • Assess 
    scalability and long-term sustainability
     of staffing solutions, providing clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Develop 
    financial and market projections,
     including cost estimates, revenue potential, and ROI analysis, to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify 
    potential risks
     in market expansion and propose practical, effective mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver competitor 
    benchmarking
     
    reports
     with insights on services, pricing models, and market positioning.
  • Collaborate
    with leadership and internal teams to shape strategies that enhance market presence and drive client acquisition.
  • Produce 
    data-driven reports and presentations
     that guide business development and organizational strategy.
  • Stay current with 
    labor laws, compliance standards, and staffing
     practices to ensure innovation and regulatory alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or strategy development.
  • Strong skills in research design, data interpretation, report preparation and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end.
  • Having a published research paper or conference paper will be considered a strong plus.
