We are seeking a visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to join our founding leadership team and spearhead the technology arm of this mission-driven startup.

Your Mission
: Architect the Future of HealthTech

As our CTO, you will be the technical cornerstone of our organization, translating our vision into a robust and scalable reality. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership
: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for our telemedicine, diagnostics, and hospital automation platforms.

Product Development
: Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of our web and mobile applications (React, Flutter, Node, Laravel, or similar tech stacks).

Team Building & Mentorship
: Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing development team to build secure, scalable, and user-centric systems.

System Integration
: Architect and integrate critical APIs for teleconsultation, e-prescription, billing, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Security & Compliance
: Champion data security, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the highest standards of platform reliability and performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Work closely with business, medical, and marketing teams to ensure our technical strategy is perfectly aligned with overarching business goals.

Proven Technical Expertise:
You have a strong background in software development, full-stack engineering, or system architecture, with a portfolio of successful projects.

Relevant Industry Experience
: Prior experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or building complex platform-based solutions is highly preferred.

: You possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate, lead, and execute independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Education & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
• However, we are a merit-based organization.
• Exceptional candidates with proven startup or technical leadership experience will be strongly considered, even without formal degrees.
