We're building a
real estate marketplace platform
and are looking for a
UI/UX Designer
who thinks beyond pixels and components.

This is
not
a "just design what you're told" role. We want someone who actively studies products, question flows, and suggests better ways to build a marketplace that users actually enjoy using.

Engagement:

Early-stage startup

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design user-centric UI/UX for a real estate marketplace web platform
  • Research and analyze
    competitor and comparable marketplace products
    (local & global)
  • Proactively suggest
    UX improvements, feature ideas, flow changes, and additions
    to our existing system
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Continuously review and improve existing designs for usability, clarity, and conversion
  • Work closely with founders, product, and engineering to shape the product direction

What We're Looking For

  • Proven UI/UX design experience with
    marketplace or complex web products
  • (e-commerce, classifieds, real estate, SaaS marketplaces, etc.)
  • A
    strong portfolio
    that clearly shows marketplace or system-level design work
  • Ability to think like a
    product designer
    , not just a visual designer
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and information architecture
  • Comfortably challenging assumptions and proposing better alternatives
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
  • Good communication and reasoning behind design decisions

Nice to Have

  • Experience in real estate, property, or classifieds platforms
  • Experience working with early-stage startups
  • Familiarity with conversion-focused UX and data-driven iteration
