Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Educational Consultant will work closely with students and clients to provide expert guidance on education pathways, assist with academic applications, and ensure a seamless process for institution selection and related services. The role involves consulting with clients, addressing their queries, and delivering world-class customer service in the field of education. Additionally, the consultant will coordinate with international partners and provide regular updates to clients regarding their application status and other support services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Educational Consulting and expertise in Education and Consulting
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate and present information
  • Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and international stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in educational consulting or related fields is a plus
  • Passion for facilitating educational opportunities and supporting student success
