Executive - Student File processing

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Process student admission and visa files accurately and efficiently.
  • Review, verify, and organize student documents as per university and embassy requirements.
  • Prepare and submit application files for universities, colleges, and visa authorities.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and digital filing systems.
  • Communicate with students regarding missing documents, updates, and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partner institutions, and visa consultants.
  • Follow up on application status, offer letters, and visa decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and company policies.
  • Update students and management regularly about file progress and outcomes.
  • Handle confidential student information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Assist in resolving application or visa-related issues when required.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • IELTS Score minimum 6
  • Skills Required: Student Visa Processing, students support, Student File Processing

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
