is looking for
China Medical Visa & Student Visa Processing Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end processing of
    China visa applications
    (Student X1/X2, Medical S1/S2, Tourist L, Business M, etc.)
  • Guide applicants on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures
  • Review and verify all documents for accuracy and compliance with
    Chinese Embassy/Consulate
    regulations
  • Prepare visa application forms and supporting documents
  • Schedule embassy appointments and coordinate biometric submissions if required
  • Liaise with Chinese universities, hospitals, agents, and invitation-issuing authorities
  • Track application status and provide timely updates to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, payments, and client information
  • Handle visa refusals, reapplications, and appeals professionally
  • Stay updated on
    China visa policy changes
    and embassy notices
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection of client information

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Proven experience in
    China visa processing
    or international visa services
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese visa categories and embassy procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in English (Chinese language skills are an advantage)
  • Ability to handle multiple applications under deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and online visa systems
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with
    education or medical consultancy centers
  • Familiarity with
    JW202, Admission Notice, TE letter
    , and hospital invitation letters
  • Knowledge of China student and medical visa procedures

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in English (Chinese language skills are an advantage)
  • Ability to handle multiple applications under deadlinesProficiency in MS Office, email, and online visa systemsStrong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Skills Required: Air Ticketing and Visa processing.
