Consultant - Visa Processing

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Maintain and update complete records of passengers and applicants.
  • Prepare and manage lists for interviews, visa processing, BMET registration, and flight arrangements.
  • Complete and submit application forms for Russian visas and European country visas.
  • Prepare, verify, and organize all required documentation for embassy submission, BMET clearance, and flight processing.
  • Manage and support the IT section, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Enter passport and applicant information into Excel sheets and prepare all necessary documents for visa processing.
  • Track and follow up on the status of visa applications, medical examinations, training, BMET procedures, and air ticket issuance.
  • Prepare and submit BMET files for manpower deployment.
  • Prepare official circulars, notices, and perform graphic design–related tasks as required.
  • Coordinate and communicate with agents, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct marketing activities with both online and offline agents to support recruitment and business development.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Diploma
  • Masters
  • Higher Secondary
  • Skills Required: Education Counseling, Visa Processing, Immigration Consultant, Teamwork, Manpower management, Student Visa Processing, Tourist visa processing, Great networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.

Experience Requirements

  • At most 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies, Immigration/Visa Processing
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience 0-2 years
    ( experience in the Manpower Supply Company is Preferred)
