SEO Manager
who can lead our SEO division with strategy, execution, and measurable results.

The
SEO Manager
will oversee all aspects of
on-page
,
technical
, and
off-page SEO
across multiple client projects. You'll be responsible for leading strategy, managing SEO executives, reporting results, and ensuring that every campaign aligns with our clients' growth goals.

You'll collaborate with our
content, web, and design teams
to build complete, ROI-driven SEO solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for global clients.
  • Conduct in-depth
    keyword research
    ,
    competitor analysis
    , and
    content gap identification
    .
  • Manage all aspects of
    on-page optimization
    (meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema, etc.).
  • Oversee
    technical SEO audits
    — crawl issues, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site speed.
  • Lead
    off-page SEO & backlink campaigns
    using ethical, white-hat strategies.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with writers to create SEO-optimized blog and landing page content.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, new tools, and emerging SEO trends.
  • Train, supervise, and review the work of junior SEO executives.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients, providing clear strategy reports and updates.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    Google's ranking algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and EEAT
    principles.
  • Expertise in
    on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
    .
  • Proficiency with tools such as
    Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GSC, SurferSEO, and Rank Math/Yoast
    .
  • Experience optimizing
    WordPress
    ,
    Shopify
    , and
    WooCommerce
    websites.
  • Ability to build detailed monthly reports and performance strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of Local SEO and GBP optimization is a plus.
