HR Operations Executive
Job Description / Responsibility
About the Role
LifeSpring Consultancy Limited is seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Operations Executive to support our HR functions and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Department (HoD) in HR policy development, talent acquisition, and preparing job descriptions
- Manage and update the HR database and leave management system
- Respond to all leave-related emails and employee queries via email and WhatsApp
- Handle payroll management from the HR perspective and coordinate with the Accounts Department for salary, incentives, bonuses, and other disbursements
- Attend to employee queries and provide appropriate HR solutions and guidance
- Design and conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs
- Maintain strategic employee relationships based on roles and business partnering principles
- Assist the HoD in handling and managing disciplinary matters

- Graduate from a reputed university
- Skills Required: Communication, Teamwork, Time Management, Multi tasking ability, Proactive and Positive attitude, Collaboration and Teamwork

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Hospital,Healthcare Startup
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience aligned with the stated job responsibilities
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong eagerness to learn and adaptability
- Flexible and solution-oriented mindset
- Good listening and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace / Dashboards
