 We Are Hiring: React Native Developer

We are seeking a 
skilled and motivated React Native Developer
 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern mobile development frameworks, strong communication skills, and a passion for building high-quality applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with a dynamic team, and grow your career in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using 
    React Native
    .
  • Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver user-friendly solutions.
  • Implement state management using 
    Redux / Redux Toolkit
     and apply modern styling with 
    Tailwind CSS
    .
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • (Optional) Publish and maintain apps on the 
    Google Play Store
     or 
    Apple App Store
    .

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
     with strong spoken communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of 
    React Native CLI, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Expo, and Tailwind CSS
    .
  • Completion of 
    2–3 React Native projects
     (academic, freelance, or professional).
  • Basic knowledge of backend technologies such as 

     or 
    Laravel
     for API integration.
  • Strong understanding of 
    API consumption, integration, and debugging
    .
  • Familiarity with 

     for real-time communication and messaging systems (preferred).
  • Ability to adapt and perform well in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • (Freshers are welcome – please mention clearly in your application).

Work Environment & Benefits

  • Office Hours:
     9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (General Shift)
  • Location:
     Mohakhali, Aqua Tower, 10th Floor
  • Salary Range:
     15,000 – 40,500 BDT (based on skills and experience)
  • Joining:
