Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Software Engineer
with at least
3 years of hands-on experience
in the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ) and React Native. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of building web and mobile applications, with proven success in delivering scalable solutions for ERP, CRM, and Project Management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

  • Design and develop both client-side and server-side architecture for web applications.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using
    React Native
    .
  • Build and maintain APIs and manage well-structured databases (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and seamless integration across platforms.

System Design & Optimization

  • Convert business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on feasibility and scalability.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Build reusable components, libraries, and codebases for future projects.

Testing & Deployment

  • Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot, debug, and monitor applications to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Set up development environments and deploy applications on production servers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks according to project timelines.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ideate and execute solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive projects from concept to deployment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and system specifications.

Other Duties

  • Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned in alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum
    3 years of professional software development experience
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    MERN stack
    (MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL, , , ).
  • Hands-on experience with
    React Native
    and mobile application deployment (iOS & Android).
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap, Material-UI, or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience in ERP, CRM, Inventory, or Project Management software development.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS – bonus).

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation.
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal).

Work Arrangement

    5.5 days per week
  • Arrangement:
