Production GM (Outerwear/Jacket)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Manage and monitor all production activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Supervise cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging departments.
  • Ensure production meets quality standards and buyer requirements.
  • Collaborate with planning, IE, and quality departments to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Handle production forecasting, line balancing, and manpower planning.
  • Control production wastage, downtime, and cost.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Textile, Buying House

Additional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing of Outerwear/Light-heavy/ padded and quilted jackets.
  • Strong knowledge of jacket construction, technical specs, and production processes.
  • Hands-on experience in line setup, output tracking, and WIP control.
  • Proficient in production planning software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
