Country Manager

Responsible for the local office preparation, team building, budget formulation and implementation of the Uzbekistan subsidiary in Central Asia;
Responsible for the combing of local market segments, competitive product analysis, and marketing and publicity;
Responsible for customer management, channel maintenance, customer satisfaction improvement in the regional market, and actively expand sales channels;
Formulate, implement and organize the implementation of the regional sales plan according to the company's requirements to achieve the goal and task;
Analyze order risks and take effective measures to avoid them and ensure collection;
Assist in the preparation of the company's exhibition, organize customer training meetings, meet-and-greets and product promotion meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, HVAC major is preferred;
Fluent in English, can be used as a working language;
at least 2 years' leading team experience,At least 8 years of experience in HVAC central air conditioning, familiar with heat pumps and multi-online products, and understand the regional market;
Strong business learning and understanding skills, good interpersonal communication, coordination skills, analytical and problem-solving skills;
