Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product, design, etc.).
  • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments using ClickUp.
  • Schedule and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder syncs.
  • Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks to the Project Manager or tech leads.
  • Prepare clear, concise status reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and non-technical collaborators using Slack and other channels.
  • Support Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery frameworks in a fast-paced software environment.
  • Assist with onboarding, resource coordination, and project-related admin tasks.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role in a software development or IT company.
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp and Slack (or similar tools like Jira/Trello and Microsoft Teams).
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup-like environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience coordinating remote or distributed development teams.
  • Basic technical literacy (e.g., understanding of APIs, Git, Software testing, cloud platforms, or CI/CD pipelines).
  • Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, CSM) is a plus.
