Job Description / Responsibility

Workplace: Head Office (Uttara)

We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented individual to play the role of Manager (Head of Department), Sales and Marketing. The successful candidate will play the crucial role in promoting our products, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to our growth objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must have Real Estate background.
  • Must be able to lead, manage, and supervise the sales team, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
  • To set up clear strategy to generate the lead, identify and engage with potential clients, providing them with information about our properties and addressing their inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our projects.
  • To set up proper marketing plan for both online and offline platform.
  • Organize and participate in property exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Plan for using different motivational tools for the team.
  • Should maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
  • Must be proficient in basic computer operations (MS Office, email, and internet).
  • Excellent communication skills with clear speaking, and writing ability in both Bangla and English.
  • Coordinate for after-sales communication and official matters with the clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Report on Sales & Marketing.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet organizational goals.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
  • Skills & Expertise Sales & Marketing, Managing sales team
  • Experienced in selling apartment, commercial space/shops.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
  • Ability to lead the team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving targets.
