Front Desk Executive
Job Description / Responsibility
Do you enjoy meeting people and making a great first impression? Are you organized and positive in handling tasks? Join us as a Receptionist/Front Desk Executive and be the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and team while supporting smooth front desk operations.
What You'll Do
- Receive and transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Provide basic information about products to customers over the phone, and guide them if they have any inquiries.
- Handle all incoming calls professionally and make sure customers receive clear and accurate information.
- Reply to customer messages and queries through Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, or Email.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers or visitors courteously and provide them with necessary information.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining documents, handling visitor entries, and coordinating office operations.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Educational Requirements
- Higher Secondary
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Client Service, Receptionist/ Front Desk, Customer Care, Organizational Skills, Attention to details, Email Communications, Front Office
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm,Call Center
Additional Requirements
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
