Job Description / Responsibility
Job Context
The role acts as the first point of contact for visitors and candidates while supporting the HR team with interview coordination and essential recruitment administration. It ensures smooth communication, organized scheduling, and a professional front-desk experience that strengthens the company's employer image.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all candidates and hiring managers are informed and prepared.
- Communicate with candidates to confirm interview details, location, and timing, ensuring clarity.
- Maintain an organized interview calendar and send reminders to both candidates and interviewers.
- Answer candidate inquiries related to the recruitment process and provide company information.
- Maintain a neat and professional front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as filing, updating candidate databases, and preparing interview materials.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Masters
- Skills Required: Communication, Client Management, Conflict management, Pressure handling, FrontDesk
Experience Requirements
- At most 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG),Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Group of Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
