Job Summary
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing reception duties, handling administrative support tasks, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and receive visitors in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls accurately.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, couriers, and letters.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
- Provide basic information about the company to clients and guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
