Job Description / Responsibility

  • Source quotes from suppliers, create purchase orders, and manage vendor documents.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock evaluations, and forecast needs.
  • Coordinate shipments, truck deliveries, and manage logistics communication.
  • Assist in data collection and analysis for supply chain performance reports.
  • Participate in product and vendor development projects.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain accurate documentation.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
  • Skills Required: Forecasting, Planning and budget, Microsoft Excel, Good in number, Negotiations Skill

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Event Management,Amusement Park,Party/ Community Center,Park

Additional Requirements

  • Has Expertise in Planning & Forecasting.
  • Has good knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement.
  • Has good knowledge of Logistics & Inventory Management.
  • Positive attitude with strong Negotiation skills.
  • Has Expertise in Budget Management.
  • Have to be Comfortable with Numbers.
  • Have to be Comfortable with Travelling.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
