We are seeking a
Senior Android Developer with strong leadership skills
. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, capable of mentoring others, and have experience or interest in the
fintech domain
. Native iOS experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using modern frameworks and architecture.
  • Lead technical decisions, define coding standards, and ensure best practices.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews and guide problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, and QA teams to deliver secure, reliable features.
  • Optimize app performance, stability, and security, particularly for financial applications.
  • Oversee planning, estimation, and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years
    of professional Mobile app development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack, MVVM/Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with Coroutines, Flow, Hilt/Dagger, Room, Retrofit, and Compose.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app security, encryption, secure storage, and API integrations.
  • Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in
    fintech, banking, payments, or digital wallets
    .
  • Native iOS development experience.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, multi-module architecture, Firebase, and performance optimization.
