Job Context

The Graphic Design, Android App & Data Science Trainer (NSDA Level-4) will be responsible for delivering competency-based training aligned with National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) standards. The trainer will focus on developing practical, industry-relevant skills in graphic design, Android application development, and data science to enhance employability and entrepreneurship opportunities for trainees.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct competency-based training sessions in Graphic Design, Android App Development, and Data Science following NSDA Level-4 curriculum and assessment guidelines Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, practical assignments, and project-based learning content

Deliver hands-on training using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Android Studio, programming languages, and data analysis libraries Guide trainees in developing real-world projects, portfolios, and applications Assess trainee performance through quizzes, assignments, practical exams, and continuous assessments as per NSDA requirements Maintain proper training documentation including attendance sheets, progress reports, and assessment records Provide mentoring, career guidance, and technical support to trainees

Ensure compliance with NSDA policies, quality assurance standards, and assessment procedures Update training content regularly to reflect current industry trends and technologies Collaborate with management and other trainers to improve training quality and learning outcomes Assist trainees in preparation for certification assessments and employment opportunities

Employment Status:

Full Time / Part Time

Educational Requirements: -

Ø Bachelor's/Honours degree in any discipline

Ø NSDA certification on applied subject training with CBTA certification

Experience Requirements: -

Ø 1 to 5 years

Ø Experience in Training Institutes and/or IT Enabled Service organizations will be preferred

Ø Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements: -

Age: 22 to 45 years

Minimum 1 year professional experience in conducting similar training programs

Practical experience in relevant/application subject areas

Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable manner

Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and digital technologies

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in curriculum development and training material preparation
