Graphic Design, Android App and Data Science Trainer (NSDA Level-4)

Job Context:
The Graphic Design, Android App & Data Science Trainer (NSDA Level-4) will be responsible for delivering competency-based training aligned with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) standards. The role focuses on equipping trainees with practical, industry-relevant skills in graphic design, Android application development, and data science. The trainer will ensure effective learning outcomes through hands-on instruction, project-based learning, and continuous assessment to enhance employability and entrepreneurship opportunities for learners. Deliver structured training sessions in Graphic Design, Android App Development, and Data Science in accordance with NSDA Level-4 curriculum and assessment guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, practical assignments, and project work aligned with industry standards.
  • Conduct hands-on training using relevant tools and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite, Android Studio, programming languages, and data analysis libraries.
  • Guide trainees in developing real-world projects, portfolios, and applications to enhance practical skills and job readiness.
  • Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, quizzes, practical exams, and continuous assessments as per NSDA requirements.
  • Maintain proper training documentation, attendance records, progress reports, and assessment results.
  • Provide mentoring, career guidance, and technical support to trainees throughout the training period.
  • Ensure compliance with NSDA policies, quality assurance standards, and assessment procedures.
  • Update training content regularly to reflect current industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with management and other trainers to improve training quality and learner outcomes.
  • Support trainees in preparing for certification assessments and employment opportunities.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • NSDA certification on applied subject Training with CBTA Certified

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Training Institutes, IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

  • Practical work experience on Required/Application Subject
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and digital trends
  • Proficient in MS Office Package (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Track record in working with curriculum and learning materials development
