Job description

We are currently hiring an 
Associate Consultant
 to support our ongoing 
skill development initiatives
 in the Bangladesh Readymade Garment Sector in Bangladesh. This role is contractual for 6 months and ideal for someone passionate about industry growth and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training and capacity-building sessions in RMG factories.
  • Assist in developing and implementing skill development content and training modules.
  • Support assessments, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at the factory level.
  • Work closely with internal teams and partner organizations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support and contribute to consulting assignments through research, analysis, report preparation and implementation
  • Work on jobs/ tasks that contribute towards providing superior solutions and results to clients
  • Read and keep updated on developments in sector/ expertise area
  • Work in in collaboration with team members and practice in delivering client assignments and ensure superior deliverables.

Requirements:

  • BSs Textile Engineering / MSc Textile Engineering from any reputed institute.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing in leading Garment Manufacturing Companies/ Export Houses or Textile/ Apparel division of any reputed Consulting Firm.
  • Technical/ Functional Knowledge with Excellent interpersonal, communication, written & presentation skills Team work and co-ordination
  • Strong understanding of factory operations, materials and production processes.
  • Experience in training or conducting workshops for factory workers or supervisors.
  • Ability to travel to factory locations as required.

Preferred:

  • Background in Bangladesh RMG Industry, capacity development or development projects.
  • Knowledge of compliance, quality systems or lean manufacturing in the industry.
