Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Welfare Officer located in konabari, Gazipur District. The Welfare Officer will handle day-to-day responsibilities, including overseeing employee welfare programs, organizing training sessions, and ensuring the implementation of social services within the organization. The role also involves conducting interviews and assisting with recruitment processes, as well as maintaining a positive and supportive working environment for employees.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Welfare and Social Services, with a focus on employee well-being and enhancing workplace culture
  • Skills in conducting Training programs to enhance employee knowledge and development
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting to support HR and talent acquisition efforts
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site capacity in Gazipur District
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or textile environment is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferredpreferrep

Duty Time : 8am - 5pm

Salary : Negotiatable
