Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Motion Graphics Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging and dynamic animations, videos, and graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance visual storytelling across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and create
    motion graphics, animations, and video content
    for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the
    creative, marketing, and content teams
    to develop engaging visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Edit and enhance existing video footage with animation, sound design, and visual effects.
  • Design visually appealing
    graphics, infographics, and typography-based animations.
  • Maintain consistency in design and animation style across all visual outputs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest
    design trends, animation techniques, and software tools.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts,
    or a related field.
  • Minimum
    1–3 years of experience
    in motion graphics, animation, or video production.
  • Proficient in industry-standard software such as
    Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop,
    and
    Cinema 4D/Blender
    (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    visual composition, timing, color, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience in
    UI animation
    or
    3D motion design.
  • Knowledge of
    sound editing
    and
    video post-production.
  • Familiarity with
    social media content optimization.
