Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled graphic and motion designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about
design, has a strong eye for detail, and can bring concepts to life through graphics and motion
. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to design
compelling visuals for brand identity, presentations, campaigns, and digital content
.

Responsibilities


• Create high-quality graphics and motion content for digital and print platforms.


• Design marketing collaterals, social media creatives, and brand presentations.


• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video edits using Adobe After Effects.


• Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to visualize concepts.


• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.


• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Requirements


• Proven experience as a Graphic & Motion Designer.


• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.


• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.


• Ability to conceptualize and execute both static and motion content.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.


• Portfolio is a must — applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: 40,000 – 50,000 BDT (based on experience & skills)
