Ray Advertising is seeking a
skilled, data-driven, and results-oriented SEO Expert
to join our growing international team. We're hiring for both
On-site (Bogura Office) and Remote (Work-from-Home)
positions.
This role follows a
night shift schedule from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (BD Time)
, including a 1-hour break, to align with U.S. market operations.

Position Overview
We are seeking an SEO Expert with substantial practical experience in technical and on-page SEO to enhance organic visibility, rankings, and conversions across multiple websites and verticals. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands search engine algorithms, technical optimization, and content-driven SEO.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to enhance website performance and organic traffic.
- Plan and oversee the website architecture, restructuring page hierarchies where necessary.
- Conduct full-scale SEO audits (technical, on-page, and off-page) on both mobile and desktop platforms, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
- Perform regular technical audits to fix website issues such as slow load speeds, crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content etc.
Content Optimization:
- Develop and integrate content marketing strategies based on user intent and keyword research.
- Optimize webpages, blog posts, product pages, and landing pages to improve content quality, keyword rankings, and user experience.
- Write SEO-optimized content tailored to the target audience.
- Identify and close content gaps between the company's website and competitors.
Keyword Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform strategies and generate new content ideas.
- Implement and refine keyword strategies to ensure optimal ranking for target terms.
- Monitor and adjust keyword rankings to adapt to changes in search engine algorithms and market trends.
Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and measure key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, ranking positions, domain authority, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush etc., and provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.
- Track and benchmark current SEO performance against competitors and devise strategies to surpass them.
Link Building and Off-Page SEO:
- Execute link-building campaigns through outreach, creation of linkable assets, and submission-based strategies.
- Integrate off-page SEO efforts with content marketing, social media marketing, and digital PR initiatives.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with content, social media, and web development teams to implement SEO best practices across all platforms.
- Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and improve website performance.
Local and International SEO:
- Implement and manage local SEO techniques, including optimizing Google My Business listings and other local platforms.
- Optimize international SEO efforts to enhance visibility in global markets.
Probation Period
All new hires will start with a
1-month probation period
, during which
50% of the agreed salary
will be paid. Upon successful completion, the
full salary
will be applied. Ray Advertising does not extend probation beyond one month.
Experience Requirements

Required Knowledge & Skills
Experience:
- Freelancers: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Job Holders: Minimum 3–4 years of professional SEO experience
- Experience with international clients or global websites is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including: crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, , and site speed optimization.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Rank Math, Yoast or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
- Expertise in website analytics, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (HubSpot, Salesforce,).
- Experience with Email, Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Slack, Skype etc.), and Video Conferencing tools (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Competency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint) and Google workspace (docs, sheets) tools.
Certifications (Preferred):
- SEO or digital marketing certifications from Google, HubSpot Academy, Microsoft, or other recognized institutions.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveAbility to manage multiple SEO tasks and deadlines efficiently.
