Business Development Intern

Are you persuasive, strategic, and growth-driven? Do you thrive in fast-paced, client-focused environments? WMarketing is expanding its Business Development team, and we're looking for sharp minds ready to make a real impact.

Who should apply:

-Recent graduates or students in their final semester with focus in BBA, Marketing, Communications and related fields, available to commit 3-6 months full time.

-Individuals with a keen interest in client acquisition, lead generation, and outreach, eager to support the team in identifying and acquiring clients.

-Good communicators in English and Bangla, comfortable supporting client interactions and participating in team-led meetings.

-Eager learners looking for real world experience and looking to grow with a team.

-Team oriented, curious minds who are willing to assist in problem solving and client dealings under guidance.

-Familiar with basic tools like Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, and online platforms for outreach and client research

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist with client research and lead generation using CRM tools and online platforms.

-Support the team in initial client outreach, pitching, and follow-up.

-Attend internal and client meetings to take notes and observe strategy alignment.

-Help maintain client records, briefing documents, and basic KPI tracking (leads, outreach, client touchpoints).

-Collaborate with creative and media teams to assist in preparing proposals and campaign presentations.

Experience Requirements:

Recent graduates or final semester students from Business background or related fields. Relevant prior experience will be given preference.

Monthly remuneration:

BDT 8,000-10,000 (based on interview and prior experience)
