We are hiring ๐—ง๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ฆ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜ for ๐—š๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜€ (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE)

Smart-Lab Global is a growing BPO and outsourcing firm helping businesses scale with digital, creative and customer support solutions. We're expanding our telesales team to generate leads, close deals and grow our presence in international markets.

We seek ๐—ง๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ฆ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐˜€ with strong communication and sales skills to run outbound campaigns, engage global clients and achieve targets in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and UAE.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to international clients.

  2. Present and promote Smart Lab's services confidently.

  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  4. Achieve individual and team sales targets.

  5. Maintain CRM records and call logs accurately.

  6. Handle client queries, objections and follow-ups effectively.

  7. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach campaigns.

๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—พ๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

  1. Freshers & students are encouraged to apply.

  2. Strong fluency in spoken and written English.

  3. Previous Telesales or call center experience is a plus (not mandatory).

  4. Target-oriented, confident and persuasive personality.

  5. Basic computer literacy & CRM knowledge preferred.

  6. Flexibility to work in day or night shifts based on campaign needs.

๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ค๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

  1. Experience in Telesales, BPO or international client handling.

  2. Knowledge of outbound B2B sales processes.

  3. Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and cold calling.
