Telesales Specialist

We are hiring 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 for 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE)

Smart-Lab Global is a growing BPO and outsourcing firm helping businesses scale with digital, creative and customer support solutions. We're expanding our telesales team to generate leads, close deals and grow our presence in international markets.

We seek 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 with strong communication and sales skills to run outbound campaigns, engage global clients and achieve targets in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and UAE.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. Conduct outbound sales calls to international clients.

2. Present and promote Smart Lab's services confidently.

3. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

4. Achieve individual and team sales targets.

5. Maintain CRM records and call logs accurately.

6. Handle client queries, objections and follow-ups effectively.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach campaigns.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

1. Freshers & students are encouraged to apply.

2. Strong fluency in spoken and written English.

3. Previous Telesales or call center experience is a plus (not mandatory).

4. Target-oriented, confident and persuasive personality.

5. Basic computer literacy & CRM knowledge preferred.

6. Flexibility to work in day or night shifts based on campaign needs.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

1. Experience in Telesales, BPO or international client handling.

2. Knowledge of outbound B2B sales processes.

3. Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and cold calling.
